Key:
- (non-CAN) : earlier motorcycle models that do not have the new CAN-bus system - sometimes difficult to tell apart if you have an older 1200, but if it has a choke, it's definitely not a CAN-bus model...
- iABS : Integral ABS on R1150 and older K1200 models
- single- & twin-spark : in 2004 the F650-, R1150-Series and R1100S got two spark plugs per cylinder to eliminate surging some owners experienced and improve exhaust emissions
